I suddenly realized it unreasonable to take a bath before doing Pilates

My colleague was very surprised to learn that I take a bath before going out to practice Pilates. She said, "Anyway, I'm going to sweat and get dirty. Why don't I wash after exercising?" I fell into deep thought. I've never considered this issue before? #Pilates #BathroomWars #ShowerDay
