Bethany Cameron+Follow9 Months of Skincare Progress Just realized it’s been 9 months between these two photos, and I’m honestly thrilled with the results. 😊 I first noticed my forehead wrinkles in my late 20s, and when I turned 35, I decided to do something about them. Because my skin is dry and sensitive, I started by repairing my skin barrier. Once I focused on hydration and barrier support, everything else seemed to work better. Here’s the simple routine I’ve stuck to: ☀️ Morning Cleanser: The Ordinary Glucoside Foaming Cleanser Serum: The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Moisturizer: The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA Ceramide cream: COSRX Comfort Ceramide Cream SPF: Beauty of Joseon Relief Sun SPF 50+ PA++++ 🌃 Night Makeup remover: Bioderma Atoderm Cleansing Oil Cleanser: The Ordinary Glucoside Foaming Cleanser Serum: The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Moisturizer + ceramides (same as morning) Actives: Rotate retinoid (Granactive 2%), vitamin C, and hydration-only days. It’s been slow and steady progress, but seeing these changes makes me so glad I stuck with it. #SkincareJourney #BeforeAndAfter #WrinkleWorries #AntiAging #30sSkinCare #HydrationIsKey #SkincareProgress 21Share
Evonne+FollowRec|Adapalene is seriously a miracle for acne-prone skin! Can’t believe how well it works?? I’m combo-oily and acne-prone. After Chinese New Year (bad diet, not enough sleep), I broke out like crazy — tons of closed comedones and red marks. I’ve been using azelaic acid for 4 years but it stopped working, so I grabbed a tube of adapalene just to try. 🗓️ First use: March 4 — my skin barrier was already sensitive (turned red after washing), but I recklessly applied it to my whole face without building tolerance 😅 didn’t know you were supposed to go slow… 🗓️ March 6-7: Most of the bumps came to a head and turned into visible white pimples — looked awful lol. Also had peeling, so I used a thick moisturizer on dry spots. (PSA: Kiehl’s calendula toner & cream stung like crazy, regret buying the full set 🥲) Kept using azelaic acid during the day + adapalene at night. 🗓️ Now it’s been a week: My cheeks are almost clear! Just working on post-acne marks now. Still a few stubborn spots on my forehead/nose but way better than before. Skin’s drier than usual so I’m moisturizing more, and yeah — dead skin rubs off when applying lotion, but overall super worth it. I’m definitely sticking with it. #beauty#makeup #acneprone #skincarejourney #adapalene #retinoidreview #closedcomedones #purgingphase #acnetips #miracleproduct 00Share
linda42+FollowI can never find the perfect sunscreen!!!I’ve tried all the hyped-up Asian sunscreens (Beauty of Joseon, Aqua Rich, etc.)—they either break me out instantly or are a nightmare to get in the US. La Roche-Posay? Made my skin the worst it’s ever looked. 😩😩 Neutrogena Clear Face is the best so far, but it burns my eyes! Guess I’ll just keep throwing money down the drain until I find one that actually works 😠😭 #SkinCare #SkinCareHack #Sunscreen #SunscreenStruggles #SkinCareJourney #HelpNeeded12Share
linda42+FollowHELP. Is my skin purging or breaking out? Anua cleansing oil and deep pore cleanserSaw a girl start using Anua's cleansing oil and deep pore cleanser this week—at first her skin looked great, but now I’m not so sure. She’s also using a peeling gel. My skin looks exactly like hers. Could the BHA cleanser be causing purging? I was hoping these products would help, but I’m worried my skin might end up the same now. Is this purging or just breaking out? Should we keep going or stop? Any advice is appreciated! 💜 #SkinCareJourney #SkinCare #PurgingSkin #SkinCareHack #SkinCareHelp 102Share
