Serbia Lights It Up—106-72 Blowout Over Slovenia Before EuroBasket

Serbia made a statement in their final EuroBasket warm-up, dismantling Slovenia 106-72 with a dominant performance. From the jump, Serbia pulled ahead—leading 64-36 by halftime—and never looked back. Luka Dončić had 17 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 assists, but struggled from deep (just 2-for-10 on threes), and sat out the fourth as the game was well in hand. On Serbia’s side, Nikola Jović led the charge with 18 points and 7 boards, while Bogdan Bogdanović added 14, and Nikola Jokić chipped in 10 points, 8 rebounds, and 4 assists in limited minutes. With the Belgrade Arena rocking and Serbia finishing their pre-tournament gallop at a perfect 7-0, they’ve thrown down a serious gauntlet heading into the competition. #EuroBasket2025 #Serbia #Slovenia #LukaDoncic #NikolaJokic #NikolaJovic #Basketball #FIBA #Sports

Luka Doncic Opens Up About His Offseason Transformation

Luka Dončić showed up to camp this summer looking noticeably leaner and lighter — the result of a new training plan and, for once, more time to rest and focus. Asked about the change, Luka kept it real: “I get this question all the time. I think I was a good player before, too… Last summer was really tiring. I played until June, then the national team, so there was no energy. This year I had more time.” Is his new physique going to change his style? Luka says it’s too early to tell: “We’ll see. We did two five-on-five training sessions, I hadn’t played five-on-five before… We’ll see.” On the hardest part of his new regimen: “At first, basically everything, but it’s a matter of habit. After I got used to it, nothing was particularly difficult.” Do you think a leaner Luka is about to take his game to another level — or was he already elite just as he was? #LukaDoncic #NBAOffseason #PhysicalTransformation #Lakers #Slovenia #NBA #Sports

is this stone house in slovenia really as peaceful as it looks?

We were hiking up in Krvavec, Slovenia this summer, and after what felt like hours of climbing (and a few wrong turns thanks to my questionable sense of direction), we stumbled across this tiny stone house tucked away in the hills. At first glance, it looked like something out of a fairy tale—flowers in the window, smoke curling from the chimney, and not a soul in sight. But as we got closer, I started wondering: is living in a place like this really as peaceful as it seems? I mean, sure, it’s quiet and the views are stunning, but what about when you need groceries or if you get snowed in for days? I can’t help but think about how charming it looks, but also how isolated it must feel during the long winter months. Has anyone ever stayed in a place like this for more than a quick visit? I’m torn between loving the idea and worrying I’d go stir-crazy after a week. It’s funny how something so beautiful can also make you feel a little uneasy, isn’t it? #travelstories #slovenia #mountainlife #Travel
