How I Stopped Feeling Weak & Got Strong
Used to be the girl who dreaded PE and couldn’t do a single push-up. If that’s you, I get it. Here’s what actually helped me get stronger (without living at the gym):
🔸 Eat for strength, not just looks. I started adding more protein and carbs—think chicken, eggs, rice, and fruit. No crash diets, just real food.
🔸 Move your body, but make it fun. I picked one sport I liked and did it a couple times a week. Doesn’t matter if it’s soccer, climbing, or just hitting the monkey bars—consistency wins.
🔸 Don’t skip weights. Lifting won’t make you bulky, promise. It just makes you feel powerful and more confident in everything you do.
🔸 Sleep and water are non-negotiable. 8 hours of sleep and plenty of water made a bigger difference than any supplement.
Getting strong isn’t about impressing anyone else—it’s about feeling unstoppable in your own skin.
