Summer pilates sweat struggle is real! How to fix it?

Anyone else STRUGGLING to maintain their Pilates routine this summer? 🥵 I step on the mat and instantly turn into a human waterfall! The studio keeps it warm to prevent chills but omg the stuffiness!
