"Wishing you a speedy recovery!" or "You're in good hands." • Remind them how strong they are—"You’ve got this!" • Offer practical help: "Can I bring you dinner or run errands?" • Share a favorite quote or a little humor to ease the mood. 🙈 • Ask how they’re feeling and really listen. Sometimes, just being there is everything. If they’re spiritual, I’ll say a prayer or share a comforting verse. And I never forget to remind them: "We’re in this together." Honestly, even a quick text like "Thinking of you today!" can lift their spirits.
