Who on earth would think it was a good idea??

I think they had a swing set and might want to eliminate it. But instead of taking it down, someone just put a table right there. I guess the idea was to prevent actual swinging and maybe let the swings be used as chairs. The absolute irony is they probably did this to limit liability because they thought they were making the swings unusable. But honestly, from the picture, the wings can also be used as a gallows, or when it's not being used for that, it's basically a knee crusher. #CampusLife #Safety #Funny #BadDesign #CollegeLife #Swingset #PublicSafety
