Wait... David didn't take 5 stones because he was a bad shot?! (How did I miss this) 🤦‍♂️

Alright, I need to know if anyone else missed this, because I feel like a rookie. I’ve heard the David and Goliath story a thousand times. The pastor always said David took five smooth stones from the brook just in case he missed with the first one. Nope! I was cross-referencing 2 Samuel 21, and the giant Goliath wasn't an only child. He had four giant relatives/brothers in Gath (one of them literally had six fingers and six toes!). David didn't take five stones because he lacked confidence. He took five stones because he was fully prepared to wipe out Goliath’s entire bloodline if the other four decided to jump in! That is incredibly hardcore. True faith isn't just believing God will help you win today's battle; it's being locked and loaded for whatever the enemy's camp tries to throw at you next. #DavidAndGoliath #SpiritualWarfare #BibleFacts #ArmorOfGod #Truth

The Cheap Counterfeit In the heavenly realm, Lucifer was created beautiful, powerful, and exalted. But beauty became pride. Pride became rebellion. And rebellion became ruin. Scripture describes him as a created being filled with splendor and influence, yet his heart became lifted up with arrogance because of his beauty. He no longer wanted to serve God. He wanted to replace Him. Isaiah describes the rebellion plainly: “I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God… I will be like the Most High.” — Isaiah 14:13–14 Lucifer convinced a multitude of angels to follow him in rebellion against their Creator. Revelation symbolically describes a third of the heavenly host being swept into this rebellion. But the coup lasted only moments against an eternal God. The Creator did not tremble. He did not struggle. He did not lose control. Rebellion was crushed immediately. Lucifer — now called Satan, meaning adversary — was cast down, awaiting final judgment. And since that moment, Satan’s war has been directed toward what God loves most: humanity. Jesus warned us plainly: “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy.” — John 10:10 Satan cannot create life. He cannot create truth. He cannot create peace. He cannot create love. So instead, he counterfeits them. That has always been his pattern. God says: “I AM.” (Exodus 3:14) Satan whispers: “You do not need God.” God says: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart.” (Matthew 22:37) Satan says: “Serve yourself.” God says we are fearfully and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139:14) Satan says: “Your identity is your sin, your wounds, your cravings, your flesh.” God says we are made in His image. (Genesis 1:27) Satan says: “You are an accident.” Jesus says: “Be filled with the Holy Spirit.” (Ephesians 5:18) Satan says: “Fill yourself with distractions until you no longer hear God.” ✝️ CONTINUED IN COMMENTS ⬇️⬇️⬇️ #Truth #Jesus #God #BibleStudy #Bible #Satan #Help

Why do we ignore the time a witch literally summoned a dead prophet? 📖

I always thought séances and psychics were either complete scams or just psychological tricks. But 1 Samuel 28 completely shatters that comfortable illusion. King Saul goes to the Witch of Endor to contact the dead prophet Samuel. Pastors usually skip over the craziest part: it actually worked. But the witch didn't do it. The text shows the witch herself shrieked in absolute terror when Samuel appeared, because she realized she wasn't in control—God actually permitted Samuel's spirit to return to deliver a terrifying final judgment on Saul. The spiritual realm is not a joke. Darkness is real, and meddling with the occult is playing with live ammunition. Thank God we have the Holy Spirit to guide us, so we never have to seek answers in the dark. #SpiritualRealm #BibleMysteries #Truth #HolyCuriosity

The Word of God is the highest authority. It stands above emotions, opinions, circumstances, dreams, prophecies, visions, and human understanding. Every revelation must be tested by the Word. Every voice must bow to the truth of Scripture. Because God’s Word is not temporary — it is eternal, unchanging, and fully dependable. Dreams can be misunderstood. Feelings can shift. People can be wrong. But the Word of God remains true through every generation. When you lack the Word, fear easily controls you. You become intimidated by bad news, shaken by challenges, and confused by every opposing voice. But when the Word of God is rooted deeply within you, something changes. You become stable in unstable times. You gain peace in the middle of chaos. You stand firm when others are collapsing under pressure. The enemy fears believers who truly know the Word because the Word produces faith, discernment, wisdom, confidence, and spiritual authority. Do not build your life only on experiences — build it on Scripture. Do not depend only on signs — depend on truth. Because a life founded on God’s Word cannot be easily shaken. When storms come, the Word will sustain you. When confusion rises, the Word will guide you. And when fear tries to speak louder than faith, the Word of God will remind you who God is and who you are in Him. Stand on the Word. Believe the Word. Live by the Word. It will never fail you. Sodom was destroyed by heat hotter than the sun (literally) 🏜️

I always read the story of Sodom and Gomorrah as just a Sunday School moral warning. But the physical reality of what happened there is staggering. I was digging into recent archaeological discoveries at Tall el-Hammam (the biblical site of Sodom). Scientists found pottery melted into glass and building materials boiled into ash. The only way this happens is through a cosmic airburst or a heat event burning at thousands of degrees—hotter than the surface of the sun. We forget the terrifying physical power of our Creator. He doesn't just deal in spiritual concepts; He deals in raw, elemental reality. It’s a sobering reminder that God’s justice is absolute, but it makes His grace toward us feel that much more miraculous. #BiblicalArchaeology #SodomAndGomorrah #GodsPower #Truth

✨ Prophecy Fulfilled: The Resurrection of Yeshua (Jesus) Fear and Bribery The women left the tomb “with fear and great joy” (Matthew 28:8). They had heard the angel declare, “He is not here, for He has risen.” The stone was moved. The grave was empty. Death had not held Him. And then—He met them. “Greetings,” Yeshua said (Matthew 28:9). They fell at His feet and worshiped Him. This was no vision. No rumor. They touched Him. He repeated the same words spoken by heaven moments earlier: “Do not be afraid.” The first command of Resurrection morning was not celebration—it was calm. Fear was being replaced with faith. But while worship was happening on the road, something else was unfolding in the city. The guards who had been posted at the tomb reported what had happened. These were trained Roman soldiers. Their duty was serious; failure could mean severe punishment. Yet instead of denying the event, they told the chief priests everything. The response was not investigation. It was containment. The priests gathered, took counsel, and offered money to the soldiers. They were instructed to say, “His disciples came by night and stole Him while we were asleep” (Matthew 28:13). It was an explanation that created more questions than answers. Sleeping guards would not know who took a body. And Roman discipline was not gentle with such failures. Still, the money was taken. The story was spread. From the very first morning, two responses to the Resurrection stood side by side: Worship. And suppression. The risen Messiah had spoken peace. But the world had already begun choosing its lie. 🙏🏼 Continued in Comments ⬇️⬇️⬇️ #Jesus #Salvation #God #Truth #Bible #AtheistFamily #JesusIsReal

Abraham Lincoln

I have long believed that honesty is the bedrock of a free people. In 1776, our founders signed their names to bold words and accepted the consequences. They did not borrow another man’s thoughts and call them their own. They stood accountable before the world. Today, I rise in defense of my longtime friend, 1776 Patriot. When he publishes his work, it is the result of study, discipline, and conviction. Those words are not gathered from the labor of others and disguised. They are earned. To copy them and claim authorship is not a harmless act. It is a breach of honor. Plagiarism steals more than sentences. It steals time, effort, and credibility. A republic cannot endure on borrowed integrity. If citizens grow careless with truth, the character of the nation weakens. The spirit of 1776 was courage joined with responsibility. Let every writer do the same. If you draw from another, give credit plainly. If you speak, speak your own mind. And if you harvest praise, be certain you first planted the field. #Truth #Honesty #Transparency #BreakingNews #News #Plagerism
