Abraham Lincoln

The loss of life in any action is a matter of the gravest concern, and none should ever speak lightly of it. Human life is sacred, and the sorrow of its taking weighs heavily upon the conscience of a free people and their leaders alike. Yet we must consider the circumstances and the authority granted by the Constitution. Vessels engaged in narcotics trafficking upon the high seas, proven to resist lawful orders and endanger officers and the public, present a pressing threat. Many such networks, including those linked to the Tren de Aragua, designated as a terrorist organization by the State Department, operate with violence and impunity. The Constitution grants Congress authority to regulate commerce and provide for the common defense, while entrusting the President, as Commander in Chief, to enforce the laws of the Union and protect its citizens. In my own time, we faced similar solemn duties. Just as the suppression of the Whiskey Rebellion demanded the measured enforcement of law to preserve the Union and protect the citizenry, modern law enforcement at sea may require decisive action when inaction would imperil lives. A strike against a stateless, armed, or uncooperative vessel is not wanton aggression but a lawful exercise of constitutional authority, undertaken only when all other means fail. Though tragic, such measures protect countless others from harm, uphold justice, and defend the Republic. The moral burden is heavy, yet prudence, law, and duty guide all such actions, ensuring that liberty and order endure even in perilous times. #America #USA #History #USHistory #Prosperity #Truth #Freedom

🐁 A Church Mouse in a Snake Pit ⭐️ I love having been called to ministry. Most days, it’s genuinely easy. Most people come into my lane because they want hope, encouragement, and a deeper understanding of God’s Word. I am deeply blessed by the love and support you—my readers—pour out every day. When you tap a simple “Like,” type an “Amen,” or leave a heartfelt comment, it truly makes my day. It tells me that in that moment, you found a reason to connect with God. That means everything to me. But if I’m completely honest, not every day is a gentle stream of blessings. We all know social media can feel like the Wild West. When we stay in our lane, we are usually unbothered by the riff-raff. But as a Bible-believing follower of Christ, I often find myself crossing into another lane—especially when I see Scripture twisted, misquoted, or weaponized. It’s in that lane that I run into true spiritual marauders. Suddenly, this little church mouse finds herself in a snake pit. So what does a church mouse do when surrounded by venom? How do we show God’s love to people who lie, cheat, and steal? And yes—I say that intentionally. That is Satan’s job description. He lies. He accuses. He steals. He destroys. And he’s more than willing to use anyone who opens themselves to his influence. So— What Would Jesus Do? Scripture gives us powerful examples: • “Get behind Me, Satan.” • Flipping the tables of the money changers. • Rebuking the Pharisees with holy boldness. • Warning not to cast pearls before swine (Matthew 7:6). • Instructing His disciples: if they refuse your message, shake the dust off your feet and move on (Matthew 10:14). Sometimes, there was a little vinegar in the Lord’s honey. Not cruelty. Not spite. But holy clarity—truth without apology. So when we find ourselves roped into that snake pit, a touch of vinegar is sometimes unavoidable. ✝️ CONTINUED IN COMMENTS ⬇️⬇️⬇️ #Bible #God #Jesus #Help #BibleStudy #Truth

1 Corinthians 6:1-5 KJV Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? [2] Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? [3] Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? [4] If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church. [5] I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren? Galatians 4:16 KJV Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth? 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; [2] By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. [3] For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; [4] And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: Romans 3:24-25 KJV Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: [25] Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; John 7:24 KJV Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. ... ... 🙏🙏🙏😎😎😎📜📜📜✝️✝️✝️ #BibleVerses #RepentAndSeekHim #Scripture #Jesus #JesusChristSavior #Truth #Bible

The Truth About SNAP Benefits

Let’s be real, SNAP keeps millions of Americans from going hungry. For some, it’s survival. For others, it’s a lifeline when life gets rough. But every time food stamps come up, somehow the conversation turns into an attack on Black folks… like we’re the face of poverty in America. Here’s what they don’t want to talk about: the majority of people who receive SNAP benefits are white. Always have been. Yet society loves to point the finger at the Black community as if we’re the only ones struggling. That’s not just ignorance, it’s propaganda that’s been passed down for generations. Now, let’s not act like the system’s perfect. Sure, there are people who abuse it, but fraud doesn’t have one face. It comes in all shapes, shades, and income levels. Blaming one race for a nationwide problem is just lazy thinking. Needing help doesn’t make you lazy. It makes you human. And anybody who needs SNAP should get it… without shame, without judgment, and without being turned into a stereotype. The real issue isn’t who’s getting help, it’s why the system still treats poverty like a moral failure instead of a national responsibility. #SNAPBenefits #FoodStamps #Truth #LataraSpeaksTruth #Equality #RealTalk #BreakingStigma #SNAPLife #SNAPTalk

“When God Doesn’t Take It Away… But Gives You Strength Instead”

📜 Let us Read from The Word… 2 Corinthians 12:9 — “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” 🤔 What’s in your heart? Have you ever begged God to take away the ache that won’t let go — a loss that lingers, a prayer that stays unanswered, an illness or weakness that humbles you again and again? What if the miracle you’re waiting for is already happening — not in your circumstances, but in your heart learning to trust Him there? 📖 About this Verse… Paul knew what it meant to plead for relief. The “thorn in the flesh” that tormented him was never taken away — but in that pain, Paul discovered something greater than healing: a grace that never ran out. God didn’t promise escape; He promised strength for every step. And somehow, the very thing that made Paul weak became the stage where God’s power was most clearly seen. God didn’t remove Paul’s pain — He filled it with power. The weakness that once seemed a burden became a vessel for divine strength. 🎻 Melody in the tension… A violin string alone is fragile and silent. But when stretched and placed under tension, it can create music that moves hearts. In the same way, our lives often find their melody in the tension we wish would end. Maybe your “thorn” is disappointment, depression, marriage problem, addiction, loss of a family member or a prayer that seems met with silence. Yet under the hands of a faithful God, even your tension can become a song of grace — a melody that declares, He is enough. 🎶 🙏 Let Us Pray 😔 Father in Heaven, Your love for me isn’t proven by what you remove, but by how You sustain me. Thank You for meeting me in my frailty. When I am stretched thin, let Your grace be the song that carries me. Be enough for me today, and always. I Pray all these in Jesus name, through the Holy Spirit. Amen #Faith #ChristianLiving #JesusLives #Truth #GraceOfGod Thank you for Reading.
