My TV looks weirdly low? And I need your opinion

We just mounted our TV above a new console and I am having a weird issue. The center of the screen is at eye level when we sit on the couch so it is technically in the perfect spot. But for some reason it just looks odd. It feels like the TV is hovering awkwardly close to the console. I am just trying to figure out if it is worth asking our handyman to come back out to raise it a few inches. I would love to get your thoughts on this.
