Schools + Phones: A Total Mess?
Alright folks, can we talk about this phone-in-school madness? I mean, on one hand, banning them feels like a no-brainer 'cause let’s face it, those things are distracting AF. But then, consider this: aren’t we kinda living in a digital age where tech is the key to literally EVERYTHING? I struggle with this because, like, I get it—teachers want kids focused on actual learning, not the latest TikTok trend. At the same time, shouldn’t we be teaching them how to use tech responsibly, rather than just saying 'nope, not here'? I dunno, man, it's tricky. On the other hand, my sister’s kids are always on their phones sneaking snaps in class, so maybe there's a point. Finding the middle ground sounds impossible but so freakin' necessary.
