One woman said her ID 4 suddenly accelerated when she was pulling into a parking spot and caused over fourteen thousand dollars in damage. Another owner ran right into their garage trying to park. The lawsuit says that a simple brush of the hand can accidentally activate the cruise control. VW has already admitted these buttons were a mistake by switching back to real buttons on all their new cars. But that does not help the people who are stuck with the old ones. 🙄 I just don't get the people who come up with these bad designs. Cars are so important and they involve safety.
