Vista’s Bitty & Beau’s closes, big changes ahead

Bitty & Beau’s in the Vista has shut its doors, but the story doesn’t end there. Owners Brandon and Ashley Abbott are transforming the space into Shiloh Trading Company—a new bistro and mercantile featuring goods made by people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is just the first step in their bigger plan to support the disability community, including a petting zoo opening soon. The move comes after realizing the original coffee shop model couldn’t meet all the needs they saw in the community.
