Struggling to Focus? Try These Quick Fixes!
Ugh, focusing at work can be SO hard sometimes! 😅 I totally get it. Here’s what I do when my brain just won’t cooperate:
• I ditch distractions—phone away, social media OFF, and TV muted. 🙈
• Add-ons like StayFocused help me block time-wasting sites on my computer.
• I take breaks every hour. Seriously, it helps! Even just zoning out for a few minutes gives my brain a reset.
• To-do lists are my lifesaver. Crossing things off feels SO good! ✔️
• I break my day into small chunks. 15 mins for emails, 20 for writing, etc. Makes big tasks less scary.
• Easy wins first! I tackle simple stuff to get in the groove, then move on to the toughies.
• No multitasking. One thing at a time = better results.
• Chill music (no lyrics!) keeps me in the zone. 🎶
• Outside of work, I relax, move my body, and get my 8 hours of sleep. It makes a HUGE difference!
