Losing Weight Without Trying & No Appetite

Lately, I’ve just had zero interest in food. It’s honestly weird because I used to love eating, but now nothing sounds good and I’m barely hungry. I’m 5’5” and I used to be around 125lbs, which felt right for me, but now I’m down to 110lbs and the scale keeps dropping. It’s kind of freaking me out, but I don’t know what to do. People keep commenting on how thin I look, and it’s making me self-conscious. I wish I could just eat normally again, but I can’t force myself. Has anyone else gone through this?
