Grab a pack of refrigerated croissants and unroll them into your baking dish Layer cooked shredded chicken over the croissant dough - rotisserie chicken works perfectly Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and a splash of chicken broth until smooth Pour that creamy mixture right over your chicken layer Top with the remaining croissant pieces and brush with melted butter Bake at 375°F for about 25 minutes until golden brown The croissants get all flaky on top while staying soft underneath.
