Real or counterfit?

I am the owner of Ophelia's Sourdough Creations llc. Did you ever go to the store and buy, or see sourdough? Well here is something you may find interesting. I make authentic sourdough it contains flour, salt, and water. Check any store brought bread and see if that's the only ingredients you see. Another place to check is markets. In my area I was unable to sell my bread at the market, because they have sellers who get preference year to year. But guess what, one in particular isn't local (they are in our county) is it fresh & local like what the market advertised? I am a cottage kitchen baker licensed & insured. Perhaps that doesn't matter to you, but to others it does. Check your labels, and think about if your body really needs all those preservatives. #opheliassourdoughcreations #Sourdough #cottagekitchens
