John Spencer Ellis+FollowI’ve learned a lot about building a quality relationship over the last couple of years. I’d like to share some thoughts…. 1) Always express your appreciation. 2) Exercise together in some way each week. 3) Cook together even if one is a bad cook like me. 4) Go on some type of date each week. It can be simple and inexpensive. 5) Focus on health as a couple. 6) Periodically remind each other of fun past shared experiences. 7) Care about your appearance as you did on the first date. 😎 Understand your differences. 9) Experience nature together often. 10) Go to a comedy show together. 🙏 Of course there is more we can all do to have a strong relationship. Please share your ideas so we all benefit. #relationships #couples #couplesgoals #coupledup41Share
Dashcamgram+FollowEnabling each other’s bad habits looks like love at first. Comfort food. Late nights. “We’ll start tomorrow.” It feels easy. It feels safe. But over time, comfort turns into stagnation. Building better habits together takes effort. Cooking instead of ordering out. Holding each other accountable when motivation is low. Choosing long-term growth over short-term comfort. Real love isn’t just relaxing together — it’s rising together. It’s wanting better for your partner even when it’s inconvenient. Because the strongest relationships don’t grow on the couch… They’re built in daily choices. #RelationshipGrowth #HealthyHabits #AccountabilityPartners #LevelUpTogether #RealLove #CouplesGoals #DisciplineAndLove #MindsetShift #GrowTogether10Share
