Some of these stores are just leaving cream desserts out on tables all day, while others keep them chilled. Isn’t that a food safety risk? I always thought anything with cream needs to be refrigerated to avoid bacteria and spoilage. Maybe I’m missing something, but it feels like a basic rule. Has anyone else noticed this?
