Lemon Pepper Pappardelle: What’s the Move?
So I impulsively bought a bag of lemon pepper pappardelle because, honestly, it looked too pretty to leave on the shelf. Now it’s sitting in my pantry, silently judging me every time I reach for instant noodles. I want to make something that feels a little special—maybe for a chill dinner with my partner (or just myself, no shame). My first thought was a cacio e pepe twist, but now I’m torn between a creamy chicken alfredo or going all out with shrimp.
