We tend to overestimate what we can do in a day and underestimate what we can do in a year. But, what if we just strive to improve ourselves in each way just one percent each day?  That’s reasonable. Examples:  Safely increase the intensity of your workout just one percent.  Increase self-awareness over our eating habits just one percent.  Be just one percent kinder to a stranger.  Improve our sleep quality just one percent each night.  think about anything g negative just one percent less.  You get the idea. It can’t be that difficult. Ladies hear me out!! Respect is the true foundation of attraction it is not what you are wearing and how you look !! Trust me when I tell you this a man can handle a lot!!! but nothing hits him harder than being disrespected by the woman he has chosen for himself..When he feels and sees his efforts go unnoticed and when his character gets questioned especially in front of others it doesn’t just hurt his ego it makes him pull back drastically he will stop giving himself freely and not because he’s trying to punish you neither not all men are narcissists but its because he’s protecting himself!! ..He learned to guard his energy instead of investing it in someone who doesn’t appreciate it and then some of you wonder “why don’t you love me”?..Where did the connection go?” ..”you must be cheating!!!”..when the truth is it didn’t just disappear!!..It was chipped away little by little by a lack of admiration and respect!!.. Pain Is Weakness Leaving The Soul

I live with pain, but this is pain that only few will understand. It's a constant struggle to decide what is the easiest task for me, and how long it will take me to do it. 17 years ago, I was having simple body aches that progressed into what it is today. Limited walks, limited activity, and an appetite that has been greatly limited as well. However, you begin to slowly develop a resilience that breaks through the burnout. On top of that, I'm autistic and have ADHD. So my brain is running almost non-stop, (for example, I'm writing this out at 4:30am lol). It's not easy, trust me, I still have to lay down sometimes, and in worse cases, go to the ER and probably get admitted for extreme pain. And what's worse is, sometimes they don't treat your pain properly, so you have to adapt to their poor management.
