Major cities cancel New Year’s Eve events amid heightened security alerts
These events have occurred despite the unfolding of warning signs for a grave security threat in the United States. Most recently, national law enforcement officials have foiled a sophisticated bombing attack plot against Los Angeles residents. Four suspected Turtle Island Liberation Front members, who are ultra-leftwing and anti-government activists, have been arrested for this act as well. As charged in court, these four men have received training for the attack in Mojave Desert, where they amassed materials for their bombs, including PVC pipes, potassium nitrate, and sulfur powder.
