Yeah it’s goofy but there’s something genuine about watching these washed-up players get one last shot during the strike. Keanu’s Shane Falco feels real - not some Hollywood pretty boy quarterback but a guy who choked under pressure and has been living with that failure. The team chemistry works because none of these guys are supposed to be there. The Welsh linebacker who’s basically unhinged, the Japanese sumo wrestler, even the stripper cheerleaders - it sounds stupid on paper but somehow clicks. #footballmovie40Share
