Why Is My Time Less Valuable Than My Interviewer's?

Lately, I've been feeling like my job search is just a never-ending loop of interviews and disappointment. I show up on time, prep for hours, and then get dragged through three, four, sometimes five rounds of interviews. And for what? Half the time, I don't even get a response—just radio silence. Is it really so hard to send a quick email, or is my time just not worth as much as theirs? I can't help but feel frustrated and honestly, a little disrespected. Am I the only one who thinks this whole process is broken?
