The paramedics ROBBED me as they transported me along with throwing my pants away(evidence)

There was a hole in my forehead placed there by my ex in an attempt to take my life. After he reversed his pick up truck into my head the next thing I remember is walking towards bystanders asking them to not let me die. One man took his flannel off and placed it on my forehead to help stop the bleeding. I was standing up the whole time before the ambulance arrived. I have no clue who the paramedics was because I have no memory of the ambulance ride except a brief second when the cold scissors touched my ankle area. I felt my head rise to look up a little but it didn’t make it. The next thing I remember is waking up being wheeled into the surgery room with a cop trying to get a picture of my forehead before it was closed up. I’m still out of my mind because I’m not understanding exactly what happened or why and why am I in a hospital. Next the nurse starts taking my jewelry off and I hopped up and told her let me watch you and show me where you put it at. Idk why I said that to her like maybe the ambulance memory is somewhere in my head and I seen what happened but can’t remember. I’m questioning what I was given in the back of that ambulance in order to not have no memory. I called the main ppl and asked do ambulance workers throw people clothes away( I was told they could have been placed in the garbage because they were cut and soiled with blood but I received my cut off bloody shirt I had on) I was told that NO it is nowhere in their protocol to throw nobody clothes away. But nobody wants to help me figure out where my pants went with all my money in it. They left me with $31-$32 as I was pointed towards the exit as I was discharged. I held onto the walls as they pointed me in the right direction. Next we will discuss rather the hospital closed my forehead up and why they watched me throw up pain medicine as soon as it went down and told me according to the chart they can’t give me no more.
