The combination of the sweet and tangy peach-flavored cream and the luscious passion fruit jelly is a match made in heaven. Plus, the pinkish hue of the cake is absolutely irresistible. Check out the recipe below! 📄【Passion Fruit Jelly Layer Cake】(6-inch) ▷Peach Jelly - 500g of ripe peaches, peeled and diced - 150g of water - 100g of sugar - Lemon juice (to taste) ❶ Blend the peeled peaches with water in a blender until smooth. Strain the mixture through a sieve. ❷ Set aside 100g of the peach puree for the cake layers. In a saucepan, heat the remaining peach puree with sugar and lemon juice until thickened. ❸ Pour the peach jelly mixture into a container and let it cool in the refrigerator. ▷Cake Layers - 120g of cake flour - 85g of beaten eggs - 400g of whole milk - 100g of peach puree - 35g of sugar - 25g of melted butter ❶ Melt the butter over a double boiler and add the milk. Stir well, then add the peach puree and mix until combined. ❷ Sift in the cake flour and mix until there are no lumps. Add the beaten eggs and mix again. Sieve the batter once or twice. ❸ Heat a non-stick pan over low heat. Pour a spoonful of batter into the pan and swirl it around to cover the bottom. Cook until bubbles form, then remove the cake layer from the pan. ❹ Use a 6-inch mousse ring to cut out uniform-sized cake layers. ▷Peach Cream (Light Pink filling) - 500g of whipped cream - 50g of peach jelly - 30g of sugar ❶ Whip the cream with sugar until it reaches a thick, yogurt-like consistency. ❷ Add the peach jelly and continue whipping until well combined. ▷Peach Cream (Deep Pink frosting) - 200g of whipped cream - 50g of peach jelly - 5g of sugar - Pink food coloring (as needed) ❶ Same as above. #cake #layercake #creamcake #pastelpink #passionfruit #peach #homemadejelly #baking #dessertathome #fooddiary
