🌱 Life comes at you fast…
One minute you’re young, running the streets, dreaming big, thinking your parents will be strong forever… and then suddenly, the roles shift. They’re living with you, under your roof, depending on your strength the way you once depended on theirs. ❤️🏡
It’s the circle of life, but nobody prepares you for how heavy it can feel.
Some days I’m exhausted. Some days I’m overwhelmed. Some days I’m fighting back tears. But every day, I remind myself: these are my parents… and it is an honor to care for them. 🙏💛
And I’m not alone.

✨ And the Bible reminds us of this calling:
“Honour thy father and thy mother…” — Exodus 20:12 (KJV)
A simple command… but a lifelong commitment.
Some days it feels like the weight of the world.
Some days it feels like a blessing wrapped in hardship.
But every day, I remember the little hands I once had… and the big hands that held me up. Now it’s my turn. 🕊️❤️
To anyone caring for aging parents:
You are doing holy work.
You are doing meaningful work.
You are doing LOVE in its purest form.
💛🏡🙏 Circle of life. Hard, beautiful, sacred. And I’m grateful. #Love #Parenting #Life
