how do you keep a neck pillow from slipping off?
I was getting ready for a long flight and dug out my old neck pillow, only to realize it doesn’t have any way to fasten in the front. It’s one of those soft, furry ones filled with little beads—super comfy, but as soon as I lean back, it starts sliding off my shoulders. I really don’t want to buy another pillow just for a clip or snap, especially since I barely travel these days.
I tried holding it together with my hands, but that gets old fast, and I end up with a sore arm. I even thought about tying a shoelace around it, but I’m worried about looking ridiculous or accidentally ripping the cover. Why do they make these things without a simple button or strap? It feels like such an obvious feature to have, especially for folks like us who want a little extra support.
Has anyone figured out a clever way to keep these pillows in place without ruining them? I’m all ears for any DIY tricks, especially if you’ve managed to make it work with household stuff. It’s funny how the little things can turn into such a hassle when you’re just trying to get comfortable on a plane.
