Any tips for base makeup on oily-dehydrated skin? 😭🙏

If I don’t hydrate enough in the morning, my base looks flaky and dry. But if I do hydrate properly, the second I start sweating it breaks apart and goes patchy 🥹 How do you guys balance this?? #beauty #makeuphelp #basewoes #oilydehydratedskin
