Homemade Raisins, have fun!
Making your own raisins is actually super simple and way more satisfying than buying a box! Here’s how you can do it at home:
Wash your grapes and remove the stems. Make sure they’re clean and toss any bad ones.
Choose your method: Oven, sun, or dehydrator. For the oven, preheat to 225°F and spread grapes on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for about 4 hours, checking occasionally.
If you want to sun-dry, lay grapes on a slatted tray, cover with a towel, and leave them in direct sunlight for 3-4 days, rotating them twice a day.
For a dehydrator, set it to 135°F and let the grapes dry for at least 24 hours.
Once they’re shriveled but still a little plump, let them cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge or pantry.
