Recognizing this is the first step to finding relief: ​​🏊 Exercise:​​ Find a sport that challenges you just enough. I love intense workouts like squash and recently joined a club near my place. It's convenient and gives me a sense of accomplishment, helping me regain control over my life. ​​😋 Delicious Food:​​ Indulge in your favorite treats—chocolate, cake, or a cup of coffee or tea at your local café. If you love exploring new places, order your favorite dish and snap some photos! Trust me, the dopamine from good food is uplifting. Just don't overdo it! ​​🙅🏻 Avoid Negativity:​​ If you sense continuous negativity from someone, distance yourself. It could be family or colleagues. Learn to walk away when their comments get to you. This "walk-away technique" helps you regain your power and reduces their negative impact over time. Remember, being single at 30+ is not a flaw.
