There must be something wrong, so I consulted my coach and sent her pictures of my diet. She told me that I had eaten too much😂. I reflected on it. Every time I do Pilates, I feel like I should treat myself, so I don't control my diet. That's why I've gained weight! I immediately changed my diet. I halved the portion I ate but still persisted in Pilates😖. Now, in 20 days, I've lost 3 pounds💪.
