Unpopular Opinion: Not Every Post Here Hits the Mark

I've been meditating off and on for a decade, and Zen has brought some incredible benefits into my life. The teachings have helped me see things more clearly and face challenges with a bit more grace. But lately, my feed is full of posts that just sound deep without really pointing to the heart of the practice. They rack up upvotes but don’t always offer real insight or help.
