omg they're claiming fake injuries after fender bender

I'm absolutely FREAKING OUT right now!!! Had a tiny accident in Vegas last year where both cars barely got scratched and NOBODY was hurt. We agreed not to call police. Now I'm getting hit with a $30K+ injury claim?!? I only had collision insurance on the rental! Do I need a defense attorney in Vegas ASAP?
