I've started rendering my own fats! I used to toss all the fat when trimming meat, but now, I collect lard, chicken fat, and beef tallow. It’s amazing how much I get from a pork shoulder at Costco — about 1.5 cups of lard! The chicken fat jar fills up slower, but it’s liquid gold, and the beef tallow comes in handy, especially for making awesome beef tallow tortillas. No waste, just flavor! 🥩 #KitchenHacks #Homemade
