Help Me! Confused by Health Insurance Option!

Alright, so I’m in this crazy situation. Just moved abroad and now I'm dealing with choosing extra insurance and it's giving me a headache. There are two options on the table: insurance that covers me in the US or one that’s for the rest of the world. Like, what?! I’m not sure which makes more sense. On one hand, if I’m going back to visit the fam in the States, it feels smart to be covered there. But man, I’m living my best life out here, jumping from country to country; the rest of the world coverage feels like the obvious choice!
