Tried meditation for my anxiety after seeing it all over my feed. Honestly, the first few days felt weird. My mind wandered everywhere and I wondered if I was doing it wrong. But after a week, I noticed I was less snappy and my chest felt lighter. Not a miracle cure, but definitely a shift. Still have anxious days, but now I know I have something to fall back on when things get rough. Anyone else feel like meditation is more about progress than perfection?
