I’m so happy they have a method that’s much less invasive and has less pain after the surgery. My youngest daughter had her surgery and reconstructive procedures done at the same time, just like the majority of women do. She suffered greatly, went into a deep depression due to the pain in recovery, having radiation for 6 weeks, and trying to heal from surgery. I hope this is a new beginning of saving lives, without so much to battle along with the emotional aspect of what they were told they had, and the toll afterwards, mind and body.
