why is my cat refusing food and acting so weird?

My cat hasn’t touched her food in two days and I’m freaking out a little. She usually runs to her bowl the second I put it down, but now she just sniffs and walks away. She’s drinking water and seems alert, but this is so unlike her. I tried changing her food and even gave her some treats, but nothing worked. Has anyone else dealt with this? Should I be worried or is this just a cat thing? Any tips for getting her to eat again would be super helpful.
