why does my bluey eat literally everything i own?

My bluey has turned into a little vacuum cleaner. If it’s not nailed down, it’s probably in his mouth. Shoes, cords, plants—you name it, he’s tried to snack on it. I’m running out of ideas to keep him safe and my stuff intact. How do you all keep your pets from eating things they shouldn’t? Are there tricks or toys that actually work?
