why does it feel like my girlfriend and i are totally out of sync in bed lately?

Hey everyone, I could really use some advice. My girlfriend and I have been together for a while, and things have always been pretty good between us. But lately, things in the bedroom just feel... off. It’s like we’re not connecting the way we used to. Sometimes it feels awkward, and I can tell she’s not as into it. I’m starting to worry that I’m doing something wrong or that she’s losing interest. We’ve tried talking about it, but it just ends up feeling weird or forced. Has anyone else gone through this? How did you get past it? I really care about her and want us to get back to how things were. Any tips or advice would be awesome.
