When I browse job sites like LinkedIn or Indeed, I see these so-called “professionals” with ridiculous titles like “Culture Connoisseur,” “People Officer,” or “Diversity Enablement Leader.” It’s baffling. How does someone with such a title even get hired? Their posts are just as clueless as their titles suggest. Why does HR seem to attract people who are completely out of touch with reality?
