Why Social Media Feels So Draining Compared to Meditation

Scrolling endlessly through Instagram, I notice how quickly my mind fills up with random images and information. It’s like my brain is on overload, taking in so much that doesn’t really matter. After a while, I feel exhausted and disconnected from myself. Meditation, on the other hand, gives me space to breathe and just be.
