How Meditation Transformed My Social Life and Confidence

The last few days have been the best learning experience of my life. Since I started meditating, 90% of my social anxiety and executive dysfunction have melted away. I picked up the guitar, booked a tattoo appointment, and even made phone calls with ease while looking to adopt a cat.
