Today, I Showered—And That’s Enough for Now

It feels kind of scary writing this out, but here I am. Doing something that feels hard. Maybe that’s a step toward self-improvement, right? I often share my wins and how I’ve broken free from old patterns, but I rarely talk about the days when I’m not okay. Lately, life has felt heavy, and I’ve been scared of slipping back into old habits. Today, though, I showered. It might sound small, but it’s a win I’m proud of.
