But here’s the twist: he never showed up! Not once. Yet, his letter blames my supposed lack of improvement. Ironically, my first observation this year was rated 'Proficient.' Now, I’m caught in limbo. I reached out to HR about transferring within the district—radio silence. Fifteen unused leave days are hanging over my head, and state testing looms.
