Not gonna lie, I used to think getting ripped after 40 was a pipe dream. Turns out, it’s totally doable—no six-pack genetics required. 🔸 Set a real goal and stick to it for at least 4 months. Don’t worry about being perfect—just be consistent. 🔸 Drink more water than you think you need. I aim for 3-4 bottles a day, and always extra after a workout. 🔸 Keep meals simple. Three solid meals a day works for me, with more fruits and veggies and less junk. If you want a treat, keep it to a few times a week. 🔸 Move every day. I started with light dumbbells and bodyweight moves like squats and push-ups. Three days a week is my sweet spot. Don’t skip stretching—it’s a game changer for stiff joints.
