it's amazing these athletes think just because they made it big r to the top of the mountain, and then sale there homes r cars,they didn't think about life after sports,the cost to maintain the cost of living in something that big,and wen their kids leave home wat wud they do, now tht they gotten to point of their lives,older they get they cnt take it wit them,cnt they just live normal,some ppl dnt wat u got,it's material thing wen ur dead and gone it ain't gna anything all they r gna be is a memory of the past,so wud u rather be remember who u r or wat u stood for other then trying to out live the next athlete

I would try to purchase land and build a tiny house. Any income will certainly be stretched because of smaller plot of land. Unless ppl are rearing children, there is no need for an excessively large house
