Anyone else get mouth rashes from dust?

Has anyone ever had a weird rash or redness pop up around their mouth after cleaning or being somewhere dusty? I always thought allergies were just sneezing and watery eyes, but lately, I get these itchy patches near my lips after dust exposure. It’s super annoying and kinda embarrassing.
