57 Days of Meditation: My Mind Finally Stopped Wandering

I’m a 32-year-old woman living with chronic depression, severe anxiety, BPD, and bulimia. Inspired by this community, I started meditating daily—aiming for an hour, but often managing anywhere from 15 to 70 minutes. The beginning was rough: tense muscles, heavy breathing, and constant struggle. But I tried not to be too hard on myself. Two days ago, something shifted. My mind stopped wandering. Worries still pop up, but they fade away quickly. It feels almost magical. I’m going to keep going and hope to reach that full hour one day. Has anyone else experienced this kind of shift?
